The single market for air services should benefit citizens in general. Consequently, disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility, whether caused by disability, age, or any other factor, should have opportunities for air travel comparable to those of other citizens. Disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility have the same right as all other citizens to free movement, freedom of choice and non-discrimination. This applies to air travel as to other areas of life.

MISSION

Novability is a partner of Aeroporti di Puglia as an assistance service provider for people with disabilities and reduced mobility.

According to our vision, the passenger must receive the service assistance with increasing care, so that the rights and standards established by the reference standards are fully respected. The customer must be able to enjoy a comfortable transport service in conditions of equality.

The consolidated trend of user growth, and in particular the even more significant percentage increase in requests for assistance by PRMs, with the airport sector, requires a constant adjustment of the capital in human resources, based on a socially oriented professionalization.

The company guarantees an ability documented to operate according to the standards set by the international, community and national legislation of reference, engaging in courses of continuous improvement of skills and performance aimed at pursuing our mission:

  • provide all relevant information in a complete and accessible manner for the purpose of making the travel experience fully usable.
  • collaborate in the functioning of the communication channels through which the user exercises his rights.
